WHO IS COACH JADE?

Jade is a health and fitness expert who is dedicated to helping athletes push their limits through challenging exercise routines and proper nutrition.

Currently living in Florida and working as the Head Coach and programmer at Forever Young CrossFit, Jade's journey started as a personal trainer in Minnesota 7 years ago. She was working at a 24/hour type gym, folding towels and teaching members how to use weight machines properly. This quickly became boring for Jade, and as she was questioning her career path, she found CrossFit and fell in love IMMEDIATELY. This new-found passion pushed Jade to excel in school.

As an undergrad, she helped with scholarly research, presented it at the ACSM conference, and obtained a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, Jade wanted to know more, so she continued her education and earned a Master's in Exercise Physiology. One of her big takeaways from grad school was what she learned when she conducted a study on the performance of CrossFitters on the Ketogenic Diet.

As a published author in interval training, and with a wide range of experience in coaching fitness and nutrition, Jade is confident in her ability to train any type of athlete to the next level.
